Our Medical Directors
Dr. Bharat Latthe
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Latthe is board-certified in hospice and palliative care with extensive
experience in delivering palliative care across various care settings. He
has 15 years of experience serving as a Medical Director in the hospice
setting. Dr. Latthe is responsible for strategic vision and leadership
across the organization.
Dr. Karin Olson
Associate Medical Director
Dr. Olson is board-certified in internal medicine, hospice and palliative
medicine, and by the Hospice Medical Director Certification Board. She has
15 years of experience serving as a hospice medical director and delivering
care in private homes, nursing facilities, and hospice inpatient
units.
Dr. Avanti Gandhi
Associate Medical Director
Dr. Gandhi is board-certified in internal medicine and has practiced as a
hospitalist for ten years. She has served as a Hospice Medical Director for
the past four years and is currently completing her fellowship in hospice
and palliative care. She is passionate about providing compassionate care
and advocating for patients and their families.
